AGRO-UNITEK  Mid-year Team Building: Uniting Hearts and Forces for the Future

To enhance team cohesion and enrich employees' cultural life, Qingdao Lianhe Linong organized a team-building activity for all staff during the mid-year conference. Everyone relaxed physically and mentally amidst mountains and seas, and united their strength through collaborative interactions, jointly composing a new chapter of the team's forging ahead.

The first stop of the team-building activity focuses on the natural and cultural landscapes of Penglai and Changdao. After setting off in the early morning, the employees first arrived at Penglai Pavilion, known as the "Fairyland on Earth". Strolling on the ancient pavilion, they looked out at the magnificent view where the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea meet, felt the cultural heritage accumulated over thousands of years, and while marveling at the uncanny craftsmanship of nature, they also enhanced their communication with each other.

In the afternoon, the team took a boat to Changdao to visit Jiuzhangya Cliffs and Crescent Bay. The beach here is famous for its round, glittering pebbles. Everyone walked barefoot on the cool pebble beach, listening to the sound of waves crashing against the shore, fully enjoying the coastal fun.

In the evening, all employees gathered by the sea to witness a stunning sunset spectacle — the setting sun cast a golden glow over Crescent Bay, and the sunset glow reflected on the sea surface, freezing into an unforgettable scene in the team's memory. Later, everyone checked into a local homestay on Changdao, tasted a seafood feast, raised their glasses together, and the laughter wiped away the fatigue of the day.

The next day, the team set off from Changdao to embark on a hiking trip along Yantai's coastline. Along the winding coastal plank road, everyone walked in groups, with the sea breeze brushing their faces and the sound of waves accompanying them. They stopped to take photos at popular spots like the internet-famous lighthouse and ecological wetlands along the way. While exercising, they released work pressure and showcased the positive and uplifting spirit of Unilever people. Despite the hot weather, the employees encouraged each other amid laughter, which not only honed their teamwork skills but also brought their hearts closer together.

Special Fertilizer Team went to the Laoshan Expansion Center for a themed outward bound activity.

Through various team programs, teamwork and trust were strengthened. In the "5-Minute Challenge", team members quickly divided their roles, cooperated with tacit understanding, and completed the task efficiently. The "Trust Fall" allowed everyone to experience the power of team support, consolidating the foundation of trust. Both "Challenge the Impossible" and "Crossing the River by Feeling the Stones" tested innovation and coordination, where all members pooled their ideas to overcome difficulties. Everyone expressed that they would integrate the collaborative experience gained from the activities into their work, and promote business development with closer cooperation.

This team-building activity enabled the employees of Qingdao Unilever Agriculture to gain happiness and growth amid nature and collaboration. Everyone expressed that they would bring the vitality and tacit understanding fostered during the team-building into their work, throw themselves into the second-half work with more enthusiasm, and join hands to contribute to the company's development.
